Refunds and Returns

We accept refunds under the following circumstances:

• The product is still sealed and in original packaging
• The product has not been used or worn
• The product has a genuine fault or defect upon arrival
• The product is lost in the postal service and proof is provided (e.g. no confirmation of signed delivery etc.)

Terms & conditions of returns:

The product must be returned within 30 days of purchase - we cannot accept returns later than this, products must be returned in original condition & packaging.

Unfortunately we cannot refund:

• Postage costs
• Contact latex gloves with protective palm plastic removed
• Gloves with Glove ID
• Products returned after 30 days since purchase

Gloves with wear or deterioration that is deemed fair use - latex is a natural material that can experience wear from the very first use, the level of wear will vary per keeper depending on their age, technique, playing surface and much more.
